Q3) What have you learned from your audience feedback?

An important part of evaluating and reflecting on my work is gathering audience feedback to see what they think about this. I did this by issuing a questionnaire to a variety of peopole for my music videos and conducting small interviews to gather feedback on my ancillary texts. This proved a useful thing to do as it gave me a broader picture as to how my texts have been recieved and enjoyed.

Magazine advert and Digipak - audience feedback
My feedback:

To gather audience research about my dgipak and magazine advert, I interviewed some of my peers. From what I found, I would say that overall, my digipak and magazine advert were both seen as effective types of marketing products. When asked what they liked about my digipak, the colours, location and theme of the digipak were complemented and this was positive feedback to collect as this is something i'd worked carefully on making effective. They also said the slides worked together as a whole and improvements they considered were adding a quote or creating a new slide with two of his face on. These are things to consider if I were to do the task again but over all I am pleased with the end product and the feedback I got on it.
Again with the magazine ad, the location and colours were complemented and someone also said that it works together all with the digipak which was a main aim of mine as it shows they work together effectively as a merchandising pack. The fonts were named simple but effective. This was a deliberate choice as I wanted the main focus of the picture to be on the artist.

Q2) How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts?
